Quality Standards
Intake & diagnostics— VIN and symptoms verified, codes reviewed, and fitment/programming notes captured. We confirm failure mode and set a clear repair plan.
Removal & teardown— Unit is removed and disassembled. Components are cleaned; hard parts and passages are inspected for wear, damage, and debris.
Rebuild & installation— Critical wear items are replaced. Clutch clearances and endplay are set to spec. Valve-body vacuum tests, circuit air-checks, solenoid verification. Fluid and cooler service performed. Fasteners are tightened to spec.
Final inspection & QC— Seals and connectors are rechecked. Test drive to validate proper shifts, no codes, no leaks; documented sign-off.
